At OCCU, we believe that eyewear is more than just protection from the sun — it's a reflection of who you are. While we stand by the quality of our frames, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we aim to make the return process as simple and seamless as possible.
14-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must meet the following conditions:

In new and unused condition

Returned in the original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth

Free from wear, damage, or alteration
How to Return Your Item
No need to request anything online — we’ve made it simple.

Your order includes a prepaid return label -
Drop off your return
Take the parcel to the indicated drop-off location. -
Receive your refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund your payment (minus €3.95 return fee) within 7 business days.
Exceptions
OCCU covers the return shipping costs only if:

The product arrived damaged or defective
In such cases, no return fee will be deducted, and you'll receive a replacement or a full refund. Customs delays or clearance issues, which are beyond our control, are not valid reasons for a free return.
Exchanges
Want a different color or model?
Mention this during the return process.
Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact our support team immediately.
We’ll guide you through the return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our fast order processing, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes after your order is placed.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified.
